About Us

Our Story

Self taught abstract artist Jamaica/Jam Bridgett has been creating since they could hold their hand upright. They began painting and making digital art when their university went on the longest strike in “Canadian” history.

Wearable Art by Jam was founded after our founder Jamaica Bridgett, had spent years making abstract artworks as a means to fill time and visualize their innermost spiritual and emotional musings.

Founded in November 2022, Wearable Art by Jam is a gender neutral, size inclusive clothing brand that transforms the original abstract artworks of Jamaica/Jam Bridgett into apparel and accessories.

What began as an attempt to expand artwork in clothing beyond a square in the middle of a shirt has become an opportunity for art lovers and fashion lovers alike to express their fullest, most colourful selves.
Wearable Art by Jam is more than a clothing company, we’re a movement of people seeking freedom from the mundanity of fast fashion.
